Константин Кинчев

Konstantin Yevgenyevich Kinchev (born Panfilov; Kinchev is his grandfather's surname; December 25, 1958, Moscow, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian musician, songwriter, and leader of the rock band "Alisa". Before joining Alisa, he played in lesser-known groups: Zolotaya Seredina, Krug Chornoy Poloviny, Tretya Fan-Komanda, Slomanny Vozdukh, Zona Otdykha, but no recordings of his work from that time remain. As he made new acquaintances in Leningrad musical circles and Mike Naumenko approved of his repertoire, the album "Nervnaya Noch" was recorded. After this, Konstantin Kinchev received an invitation to join Alisa and gradually became the permanent leader of the group and the author of all the songs performed by the collective, with rare exceptions. In 1992, after visiting the holy sites of Jerusalem, Konstantin Kinchev was baptized, which was reflected in his life and work. In 2007, the leader of Alisa was awarded the Saint Tatiana sign as a "mentor of the youth."
