Michael Barry Reid is an American songwriter, singer, pianist, musical-theatre composer, and former professional American football player. Before entering music full-time, he was an All-American defensive tackle at Penn State and played five seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1987.
