James David "Jake" Finch Jr. is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, driving the No. 9 Chevrolet SS for JR Motorsports. He also competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 15 Toyota for Nitro Motorsports. He has previously competed in the ARCA Menards Series East, and the ARCA Menards Series West.
