David Mauricio Rivera is an American politician from Florida. He was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010 and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for one term, representing Florida's 25th congressional district from 2011 to 2013. He is a member of the Republican Party.
