This isn't always the case for the Japanese band, but this time they managed to avoid unnecessary complications, maintaining melody and virtuosity. The band doesn't offer any groundbreaking ideas, but delivers their signature melodic Japanese power metal with a reasonable amount of hit material and a reasonable amount of self-repetitions, which could also be considered a signature style. I'd especially like to mention the excellent "Echoes of Fate."
