Airbourne - Airbourne (2026)

Best tracks: Christmas Bonus / GUTSY

The same guitar setup, thundering drums, hysterical vocals—it's Airbourne. If such a thing were possible, they'd be a frenzied version of AC/DC (they're especially fond of the Razors Edge - Ballbreaker period) plus Krokus. There are two questions to ask when you first listen: is it memorable and does it rock? Whether the brotherhood's songs, of which there are plenty, are suitable for this is debatable. But tracks like "GUTSY" work perfectly, and songs like "Christmas Bonus" are reminiscent of modern hairy metal. Ultimately, it's rocking and invigorating; originality isn't needed here.
