Jonathan Arthur "Chico" DeBarge is an American R&B singer and musician. DeBarge is one of the few DeBarge children that wasn’t a member of the DeBarge family musical group DeBarge. As a solo artist, he scored a 1986 US Top Forty hit with the song "Talk to Me".
