Switchfoot is an American rock band from San Diego, California. The band was founded by brothers Jon and Tim Foreman, alongside Chad Butler, in 1996. They have been joined by Jerome Fontamillas since 2001, and by Boaz Roberts since 2026. Drew Shirley (guitar) was a member of the band from 2005 to 2022.
